Abstract

Outdoor Advertising; Requiring the Department of Transportation to create and implement a publicly accessible electronic database for sign permit information; specifying requirements for the database; prohibiting the department from furnishing permanent metal permit tags or replacement tags and from enforcing specified provisions once the department creates and implements the database; specifying that permittees are not required to return permit tags to the department once the department creates and implements the database, etc.
