Abstract

Duties of the Attorney General; Relieving the Department of Legal Affairs from certain duties associated with specified neighborhood improvement districts; repealing a provision relating to the Safe Neighborhoods Program; repealing a provision relating to the duties of the Department of Legal Affairs; authorizing certain declarations during a state of emergency to be extended by executive order, etc.
