Strong Families Tax Credit; Provides credits against excise taxes on certain alcoholic beverages & insurance premium tax under Strong Families Tax Credit; specifies requirements & procedures for, & limitations on, credits; provides appropriation; requires Florida Institute for Child Welfare to provide certain report to Governor & Legislature by specified date. APPROPRIATION: $208,000
