Abstract

Supported Decisionmaking; Revises provisions of law relating to guardianship & alternatives to guardianship; creates process for supported decisionmaking, including providing requirements for court, guardian petition, supported decisionmaking agreement, decisionmaker & supporter, & educational agencies; provides presumptions about decisionmakers; authorizes decisionmaker to do certain functions; provides immunity to certain persons & for certain actions.
