Enhanced Penalties for Criminal Offenses; Increases offense severity ranking of burglary offense for purposes of Criminal Punishment Code when offender enters dwelling, structure, or conveyance on law enforcement or fire department property; removes reclassification of certain felony offenses when person who commits offense crosses county line with specified intent; removes requirement for reclassification or reranking that offender's travel be for purpose of thwarting law enforcement attempts to track stolen items; removes reference to crime being reclassified.
