Care For Retired Law Enforcement Dogs; Creates Care for Retired Law Enforcement Dogs Program within FDLE; requires contract with nonprofit to administer program; provides requirements for disbursements for veterinary care of eligible retired law enforcement dogs; placing annual cap on amount of funds available for care; provides an appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $300,000
