Required Disclosure by Contractors of Foreign Ownership or Control; Requires DMS to develop procedures that requires current & prospective contractors to disclose whether such contractor is owned or controlled by foreign government before providing commodities or contractual services to state pursuant to certain contracts; requires any such disclosure to be in writing, under penalty of perjury.
