Animal Cremation; Requires provider of companion animal cremation services to provide individuals & entities with written description of services; requires entities to provide such description to owners or their representatives; requires providers to include certification with returned cremated remains; provides for penalties & private right of action; provides certain acts are unlawful & certain violations are unfair or deceptive acts; requires specified fines be paid into DACS General Inspection Trust Fund.
