Abstract

Correctional Education Program; Requiring the Correctional Education Program under the Department of Corrections to develop and implement a plan, in coordination with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation or the applicable board, to ensure an inmate receives credit for towards licensure if certain criteria is met, etc.
