Brownfield Site Rehabilitation

Abstract

Brownfield Site Rehabilitation; Providing that potential brownfield sites owned by the state or a local government which are impacted by PFAS are eligible to participate in a brownfield site rehabilitation agreement regardless of contribution, etc.
