An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Rental Car Insurance Coverage.

Abstract

This Act changes Delaware’s law related to liability insurance for rental vehicles. Under the Act, the minimum level of coverage required for a vehicle owner’s policy of liability insurance under § 2902 of this title is also required for a vehicle owner’s rental of a vehicle. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
