An Act To Amend Title 20 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Public Health Emergencies.

Abstract

This Act removes the State’s authority to forcibly isolate, quarantine, vaccinate, or treat individuals against their will for COVID-19 during a state of emergency relating to COVID-19. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
