The act repeals statutory requirements for the following annual appropriations by the general assembly: The appropriation to the performance-based collaborative management incentive cash fund to serve children who would benefit from integrated multi-agency services; The appropriation to the Colorado child abuse prevention trust fund for programs to reduce the occurrence of prenatal substance exposure; The appropriation to the behavioral health administration for the purpose of selecting a recovery residence certifying body; The appropriation to the behavioral health administration for the purpose of establishing a program to provide temporary financial housing assistance to certain individuals with a substance use disorder who have no supportive housing options; and The appropriation to the behavioral health administration for the administration and implementation of the recovery support services grant program. To implement the act, appropriations made in the annual general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the department of human services for use by the division of child welfare are adjusted by the act as follows: The general fund appropriation for collaborative management incentives is increased by $1,165,039; The reappropriated funds appropriation from the collaborative management cash fund for collaborative management incentives is decreased by $1,165,039; and The general fund appropriation to the collaborative management cash fund is decreased by $1,165,039. The general fund appropriation made in the annual general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the department of early childhood for use by the division of community and family support for child maltreatment prevention is reduced by $150,000.
