Department of Revenue Supplemental

Abstract

The 2024 general appropriations act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of revenue. The cash funds portion of the appropriation is decreased. Amends House Bill 23-1017, concerning improvements to the electronic sales and use tax simplification system, to further appropriate the amount appropriated for the 2024-25 fiscal year. (Note: This summary applies to this bill as enacted.)
