The 2022 general appropriations act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department to the offices of the governor, lieutenant governor, and state planning and budgeting. The general fund and the reapproriated funds portion of the appropriation are increased. Amends House Bill 21-1289, concerning broadband deployment, to decrease the appropriation to the office of the governor for use by the office of information technology for use by the Colorado broadband office.
