The act makes an appropriation and requires the department of health care policy and financing to distribute the money appropriated for supplemental, state-only payments to urban Indian organizations to address health-care disparities among the urban Indian community. For the 2021-22 state fiscal year, the act appropriates $70,825 from the general fund to the department of health care policy and financing for use for other medical services for state-only payments to urban Indian organizations. For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, the act appropriates $48,025 from the general fund to the department of health care policy and financing for use for other medical services for state-only payments to urban Indian organizations.
