Authorize Notices Of Valuation On Postcard

Abstract

The act allows assessors to mail abbreviated notices of valuation on a postcard for property tax purposes, and specifies the minimum information that must be included on the postcard.The act applies to notices of valuation required to be mailed no later than May 1, 2021.(Note: This summary applies to this bill as enacted.)
