Surplus Military Vehicle Farm And Emergency Vehicle

Abstract

The bill clarifies that a surplus military vehicle may be used or adapted as an implement of husbandry, which allows the vehicle to be used on the roads in the same manner as a tractor. The bill also authorizes a surplus military vehicle to be used as an authorized emergency vehicle, which need not be registered as a motor vehicle.
