Colorado Commission On Criminal And Juvenile Justice Criminal Sentencing Study

Abstract

Sentencing in the Criminal Justice System Interim Study Committee. The bill directs the Colorado commission on criminal and juvenile justice (commission) to contract for a study of the most effective criminal sentencing practices available.
