Unconstitutional Part Sexually Explicit Materials

Abstract

Statutory Revision Committee. The bill repeals part 5 of article 7 of title 18, Colorado Revised Statutes, concerning sexually explicit materials harmful to children to reflect a 1985 decision made by the Colorado supreme court that held that the entire part was unconstitutional.
