Department of Consumer Affairs: terms of office: fingerprinting.

Abstract

Existing law establishes the Department of Consumer Affairs and sets forth the various boards and other entities under its jurisdiction. Existing law changed the name of the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors to the Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Existing law changed the name of the Naturopathic Medicine Committee to the California Board of Naturopathic Medicine. This bill would make conforming changes related to these name changes.
