Abstract

Existing law sets forth requirements regarding political signs and advertisements in support of, or against, candidates for public office or measures, such as the requirement that a landlord may not prohibit tenants from displaying political signs, as specified. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation related to the posting of political signs.
