Abstract

Existing law provides various sources of funding for capital and operating expenses of public transit systems and intercity rail in the state. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation that would appropriate funds for the development and operation of a privately run public transit system connecting the Victor Valley and the Antelope Valley in southern California.
