Department of Justice: criminal statistics.

Abstract

Existing law imposes specified duties on the Department of Justice relating to the collection and analysis of criminal statistical data, including, among other things, a requirement to make information relating to criminal justice statistics available to the public through the department's OpenJustice internet portal. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
