Air quality health planning.

Abstract

Existing law requires the State Department of Public health to develop a plan, addressing specified issues, with recommendations and guidelines for counties to use in the case of a significant air quality event, as defined, caused by wildfires or other sources. Existing law requires the department to consult with specified stakeholders in developing the plan. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
