Job Training

Abstract

Existing law creates the California Apprenticeship Council in the Division of Apprenticeship Standards. Existing law authorizes these entities, in cooperation with the Department of Education, the Labor and Workforce Development Agency, and the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, to foster and promote on-the-job training programs other than apprenticeship, as specified. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
