Financial Institutions Law.

Abstract

Existing law, the Financial Institutions Law, regulates the activities of various financial entities, including commercial banks, industrial banks, trust companies, credit unions, and savings associations. Existing law defines "member of the public" for the purposes of those regulations. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that definition.
