Public postsecondary education: students with disabilities.

Abstract

Existing law provides for various programs and services for students with disabilities in public postsecondary education. Existing law prohibits those provisions from being construed as directing a student, or students, toward a particular program or service or used to deny a student an education because the student does not wish to receive those programs or services. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the latter provision.
