Abstract

This measure would urge the federal government to prioritize the health and safety of Californians by addressing the environmental and public health crisis at our border and would declare the Legislature's support of the California Attorney General Xavier Becerra's decision to file a lawsuit challenging the President's National Emergency Declaration.
