Existing law, the California Financing Law, provides for the licensure and regulation of finance lenders and brokers by the Commissioner of Business Oversight. Existing law authorizes the commissioner to make general rules and regulations, and specific rulings, demands, and findings for the enforcement of that law, as specified. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.
