Bill Subjects

Crimes.

Abstract

Existing law requires the Attorney General to establish and maintain within the Violent Crime Information Center an investigative support unit and an automated violent crime method of operation system to facilitate the identification and apprehension of persons responsible for murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, or sexual assault. Existing law requires the Attorney General to make specified files available to the unit, as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
