Health facilities.

Bill Subjects

Health Facilities.

Abstract

Under existing law, the State Department of Public Health is responsible for the licensing and regulation of health facilities, as defined. A violation of these provisions is a crime. Existing law authorizes the exercise of privileges in a health facility to be limited, restricted, or revoked for a violation of the health facility's rules, regulations, or procedures, as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
