Pedestrian safety.

Bill Subjects

Pedestrian Safety.

Abstract

Existing law makes various provisions relating to pedestrian safety, including requiring the driver of a vehicle to yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within any marked crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection, except as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
