Licensing examinations: report.

Abstract

Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of professions and vocations by various boards that comprise the Department of Consumer Affairs. This bill would require the department, on or before January 1, 2021, to provide a report to the Assembly Committee on Business and Professions and the Senate Committee on Business, Professions and Economic Development that contains specified information relating to licensing examinations for each licensed profession and vocation under the department's jurisdiction.
