Clinics: licensing.

Bill Subjects

Clinics: Licensing.

Abstract

Existing law requires any person, firm, association, partnership, or corporation desiring a license for a clinic to file a verified application with the State Department of Public Health, as provided. The department is authorized to issue a provisional license to a clinic if certain criteria are met. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
