Existing law, the Massage Therapy Act, provides for the certification of massage practitioners and massage therapists by the California Massage Therapy Council. This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would require documents for certification as a massage practitioner or massage therapist to be provided in multiple languages.
