A resolution to propose to the people of the State of California an amendment to the Constitution of the State, by amending Section 1 of Article XVIII thereof, relating to constitutional amendments or revisions.

Abstract

The California Constitution authorizes the Legislature by rollcall vote entered in the journal, two-thirds of the membership of each house concurring, to propose an amendment or revision of the California Constitution and, in the same manner, to amend or withdraw its proposal. This measure would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
