Occupational safety and health.

Abstract

Existing law requires every employer to furnish and use safety devices and safeguards, and to adopt and use practices which are reasonably adequate to render the employment and place of employment safe and healthful. Existing law requires every employer to do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of employees. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.
