Income tax credit: child and dependent care expenses.

Abstract

The Personal Income Tax Law allows various credits against the taxes imposed by that law, including a credit, in modified conformity to a credit allowed by federal income tax laws, in an amount equal to specified percentages of allowable federal credit for employment-related child and dependent care expenses. This bill would make technical, nonsubtsantive changes to these provisions.
