Military service: benefits.

Abstract

Existing law authorizes members of the United States Military Reserve or the National Guard who are called to active duty as a result of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, as specified, to defer payments on certain obligations while serving on active duty, including, among others, up to two vehicle loans. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to this provision.
