Abstract

Existing law authorizes the Adjutant General to take specified actions with respect to state armories, including leasing or otherwise authorizing the use of all armories for any lawful purpose, and requires all revenues or income from any armory to be paid into the Armory Discretionary Improvement Account in the General Fund. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
