Student financial aid.

Bill Subjects

Student Financial Aid.

Abstract

Existing law establishes various student financial aid programs that are funded by the state or a public postsecondary educational institution. Existing law provides that certain provisions applicable to state-funded, need-based student grants do not regulate the awarding of scholarships that are privately funded. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
