Equality of rights for men and women.

Abstract

This measure would urge the Congress of the United States to pass Senate Joint Resolution No. 10, an amendment to the Constitution of the United States that is subject to ratification by the legislatures of 34 of the states, to ensure that equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.
