Abstract

Existing law requires that all claims for money or damages against local public entities be presented in accordance with specified laws, including, but not limited to, statutes and regulations. This bill would replace certain terms used to describe the laws relating to the presentment of claims against local public entities with the terms enactment and resolution, as specified.
