State militia: armories.

Bill Subjects

State Militia: Armories.

Abstract

Existing law authorizes the Adjutant General of the state militia to perform all necessary military duties with respect to, and to control, all armories that are built or acquired by the state, and defines armories for the purposes of this authority. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to the definition of an armory.
