This measure would proclaim the importance of early childhood education programs each year, and would also proclaim that each house of the Legislature promote early childhood education programs with appropriate and meaningful activities that will educate the people of California about the value of preschool and other early childhood education programs, and that the Members of each house of the Legislature encourage their constituents to enroll their children in such programs.
