Bill Subjects

Medicine.

Abstract

Existing law, the Medical Practice Act, provides for the licensing of physicians and surgeons by the Medical Board of California. Existing law requires the board to take action against any licensee who is charged with unprofessional conduct, as specified. This bill would make a nonsubstantive clarifying change to these provisions.
