Probation.

Abstract

Existing law provides for the granting of probation to specified offenders under specified circumstances. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions. "Probation" means the suspension of the imposition or execution of a sentence and the order of conditional and revocable release in the community under the supervision of a probation officer.
