Business and professions: licensure.

Abstract

Existing law, under the Business and Professions Code, provides for the regulation and licensure of various professionals. Existing law provides that the term "licentiate," as used in the Business and Professions Code, refers to any person authorized by a license, certificate, registration, or other means to engage in a business or profession regulated by that code and as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
