Personal income tax: credit: physicians: emergency medical services.

Abstract

The Personal Income Tax Law authorizes various credits against the taxes imposed by that law. This bill would authorize a credit against those taxes for each taxable year beginning on or after January 1, 2012, and before January 1, 2017, in an amount equal to 25% of the value of emergency medical services, as defined, personally provided by a physician and surgeon, as specified, during the taxable year. This bill would take effect immediately as a tax levy.
